Today is Father’s Day and all around the country people are are celebrating their earthly fathers. While I certainly appreciate my dad for all he is and all he’s done I want to take a moment to speak about my Heavenly Father. Without him I wouldn’t even have the earthly father that I’ve been blessed with.
On May 20th, 2017 I married my God-sent husband and best friend in a simple ceremony in my dad’s church. My day was perfect and I couldn’t have asked for more from my family, friends, wedding vendors and all who participated to make our day so special. Most importantly, God showed up and that made all the difference in the world. This is our wedding slideshow put together beautifully by our very talented and gifted photographer Sarah Neal.

I SAID YES!!! On November 18th, my love Trésor, got down on one knee at a Vernissage in Griffintown at the Montreal Art Institute, in front of the art work of Jenna Schwartz which just happened to match what I was wearing that day and asked me to be his wife. (more…)
So I’m reading The Wait by DeVon Frankling and Meagan Good and I am finding this book to be very insightful in a lot of ways, not just marriage and dating. Here are a few inspiring tidbits I thought to share with you that I find are quite impactful.
