I am in the process of relearning the truth about myself. Life takes us through certain things and sometime along the way we can kind of loose ourselves. It can get to the point where you look in the mirror and don’t recognize the person staring back at you. In those moments it’s important to find ways to remember who you are, what you love, what ignites your soul, what stirs your mind and do these things. Perhaps you can only start with one small thing, but sometimes that’s all it takes to get you going.. Just one small thing to help you remember the truth about yourself.
